Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with NYC Jazz Baritone Saxophonist Jason Marshall .. He arrived in New York City in 2003 and hit the ground running .. He developed a style that encompassed with whole of African-American music and studied with some fine names like Hamiett Bluiett, Ronnie Cuber and Gary Smulyan. He would move on to play with the best in the business like  Roy Hargrove and so many others .. He explains his past, current life and a hopeful future .. Enjoy his story ..
