He developed a novel medication to rescue people experiencing drug overdose, cardiac arrest and other respiratory problems. From a young age, he possessed an unstoppable passion for helping others and a thirst for knowledge. A fifth-grade project on the heart convinced him that a career in medicine was his life’s goal, and he went on to graduate from medical school and residency to become an anesthesiologist. He ultimately developed the ResPen – an affordable, accessible way to save lives. Enjoy his story.
