Prior to coaching, Adam was a successful executive leader, holding roles as CEO, COO, President, and GM at public, private equity, venture-backed and bootstrapped businesses ranging in size from 10+ to 1,000+ employees, some growing at upwards of 50+%. Outside of coaching, he’s a disruptive technology enthusiast, improv comedian, marathon runner and avid musician. From his base in Chicago, we get into the goods.
