Through the difficulties of growing up in a single parent home with limited financial resources, she learned early where true fulfilment and joy come from. These days, she is interested in the growth and development of individuals, teams and organizations. She is an expert in the use of assessments and coaching in organizations & served as a US Army Officer, supporting Special Operations Forces with assessment, selection, and development services. She has been a business owner, supported leaders within a range of industries in the private and public sectors, and designed and delivered leadership development programs for high performing teams. Her love for challenge, adventure, & service allow her to encourage others in their own unique callings while holding fast to what they value most. Enjoy her story.
