Born and raised in Kansas, he made his way from New York City to Los Angeles playing with the best in jazz. He came back to Kansas City in 1988 and has been here every since and remains a vital part of a very healthy KC jazz scene. During our interview, we covered a large list of questions, including a new album he just release called Songs For Sandra in honor of his late wife ..
