She works with clients on issues from boundary setting to finding their life or souls purpose. Her focus is Abusive Brain Chatter and has develop the ABC's to help clients combat what she calls "Tornado Head of abusive chatter." Her spiritual coach training has helped others not only find a loving higher power, but how to walk a spiritual path. As a relationship coach, she works with clients to help them with their most challenging task-setting and keeping healthy boundaries.
