Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series .. On this episode, we talk with Former Healthcare Leader & Podcaster Richard Craft .. He is a former healthcare leader laid off 9 months into the pandemic. Being the first job he had ever been let go from, he was devastated. His worth was attached to a role instead of who he was as a person.  After coping in negative ways and hitting rock bottom and having no luck with gainful employment, he decided to begin podcasting.  This became a personal journal, but also gave him a direction to move in and being consistent gave him accountability.  We cover great ground.
