He’s got a new album out that is worth a good listen .. 2021s Art of the Messenger .. He tapped into the energy of the hard bop movement of the late 50s with his quintet session channeling the vision of Art Blakey's iconic Jazz Messengers. He pursed his passion of studying jazz in college during the day while also immersed in playing Latin and Salsa six nights a week with some of Miami's most innovative and authentic Latin bands. That led to gigs with the likes of Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine, Arturo Sandoval, Ira Sullivan, Tito Puente, and many others .. His story is one you should get into …
