Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Jazz Guitarist Will Bernard .. These days he is steeped in a host of projects, including his newest 2016 CD Out and About – He’s a very talented cat with a diverse music palette .. His real journey into jazz began while attending Berkley High School – which boasts the country’s 1st Jazz Program – His career began to take off in 1989 as a part of the Hieroglyphics Ensemble who made their recorded debut with Don Cherry – Since that time, he has been all over the country and around the world making some quality music .. Over the course of our conversation, he discussed his career, love of jazz and much more ..
