Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Kansas City Jazz Group Victor and Penny – known as band leaders Jeff Freling and Erin McGrane joined by the Loose Change Orchestra – They were on their way to Oklahoma to promote their new 2016 album – Electricity – and this latest release from the Kansas City prohibition jazz outfit is the culmination of 160,000 miles, 5 years and nearly 1,000 performances .. They have been together since 2010 and love bringing the music to fans in Kansas City and around the country ..
