Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series .. On this episode, we talk with Voice Teacher & Forever Student Emily Perez .. She is a public health nerd turned music teacher. She trained as a classical pianist throughout her childhood at the Sara Harris Piano Studio and as a voice teacher at Sacramento City College Vocal/Choral Program. She is also a member of the John Henny Contemporary Voice Teachers Academy/Mastermind and Body-Based Pedagogy. She also has an M.A. in Spanish. Emily co-founded Empire Arts Collective, a non-profit organization which incubates unique, inclusive performing arts opportunities that create joy and community. Enjoy this Interview ..
