Welcome to a new edition of the New Orleans-based Jazz Bassist Quinn Sternberg on the 2022 CD Cicada Songs .. He honors the millions of insects that inexplicably all agree to appear at the same time after 17 years underground, somehow communicating that it’s time to see the sunlight for the first time in their lives. This Bloomington, Indiana-born musician is on another musical adventure .. We talked to him back in January 2020 before things got strange .. Enjoy this new interview ..
