She is the founder/CEO of Full Capacity Marketing (FCM), a 20+ year old national consultancy specializing in brand storytelling and strategic communications for those in the workforce, education and entrepreneurship sectors. As a former Female Athlete of the Year, Celina attributes her love of sports as the driving force and passion that she puts into every single project. A professed horse lover, Celina spends her free time at the barn riding and working on her equitation skills, and recharges with the love of her life who she met during the COVID-19 pandemic on Bumble.
