She is a specialist in Trauma Informed Practice and it's implementation and its journey into the corporate world. She is a Mental Health advocate, and a PTSD survivor. Her 20 years training and teaching internationally and is some of the hardest to staff schools in Australia has led her to become passionate about trauma informed approaches to all the work we do. She is dedicated to creating psychological safety within teams and organizations and teaching leaders how to minimize psychosocial hazards. It’s a wonderful story.
