Her work combines art, storytelling, lived experience, and advocacy to help others recognize unhealthy patterns and break free from destructive cycles.

Her book serves as a powerful first step toward empowerment and healing, encouraging readers to stand up for themselves, reclaim their voice, and move toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being. As Carine says, awareness is what breaks the cycle.
