Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Jazz Saxophonist & Composer Jure Pukl  ..   Born in Slovenia and now residing in New York City, he’s busy promoting his newest 2016 Live at Thelonius album and other albums are currently in the works .. He’s learned from the best at the Vienna Music Academy, the Haag, Graz Academy of Music and at the Berklee School of Music .. He has worked and learned with the best out there .. Branford Marsalis, Dave Liebman, Esperanza Spalding, Vijay Iyer, Jeff "Tain" Watts, while furthering his type of jazz that is a mix of modern jazz, avantgarde, free jazz and impressionistic contemporary mu
