UK-based Inspirational Figure & Leading Entrepreneur Andrew Kitley

Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series .. On this episode, we talk with UK-based Inspirational Figure & Leading Entrepreneur Andrew Kitley .. He is a pioneer in breaking taboos and stereotypes around dyslexia, and also the host of the influential podcast, The Invisible Gift.  Whilst in education, Andrew struggled immensely as he felt the school system only catered to academic individuals and people who follow a more logical and linear way of thinking, and less so to creative thinkers, like himself. These struggles are part of why Kitley has become so motivated to share his story and to reframe dyslexia as something positive.As a child, Andrew’s dyslexia went undiagnosed for years, resulting in classic put-downs from teachers and peers. Today, he is a multiple business owner and investor. He has learned how to live, study, thrive and work with dyslexia, and aims to inspire others with his story. This desire to shine a positive light on dyslexia has manifested itself in Andrew’s podcast, The Invisible Gift, which features a plethora of remarkable dyslexic figures, to work through the stigma and show the world how unique a gift it really can be.
