These days, she is the Chief Empowerment Officer and Founder of Joey Lye OLY LLC. As a high-performance consult and speaker, her mission is “to challenge mindset, share perspective, and inspire intentional growth”. A TEDx speaker and Olympic bronze medalist, she makes an impact by sharing her leadership, championship culture, and mindset expertise. When she was 8 years old her teacher had her write a letter to themselves that she mailed to her later in life - her third-grade self wanted to be a professional athlete. She went on to be a two-sport collegiate athlete, have a 12 year career with Softball Canada, am now an Olympic medalist coaching Team Canada and running a ten-week mastermind for c-suite executives.
