Driven by a personal health challenge, he founded EDERRA after being diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. When his doctor advised him to incorporate broccoli microgreens into his diet, he began a journey that would change my life. Leaving behind his role as Chief Creative Officer in the corporate world, he immersed myself in the study of microgreens, eventually opening a small farm dedicated to their cultivation.
