Today, Aleks operates Stern Exteriors in New Jersey, a home services company specializing in rainwater management, roofing, gutters, and underground drain solutions. From his journey from Russia to America, we explore finance, entrepreneurship, leadership, risk, and what it takes to build durable businesses in competitive markets.
