Before launching Modern Operators, Damon demonstrated his ability to transform businesses at scale. He grew a training and coaching company to $12 million in revenue in just five years, and later helped take a stagnating e-commerce company from $3.5 million to $30 million in only two years.
His philosophy is simple but powerful: true success is measured not only by growth, but by how grounded you remain in adversity and how well your business runs when you’re not in the room.
