That experience shaped his belief that CEOs make better decisions when they have trusted peers and honest feedback.
In 2021, he founded Quade to help leaders overcome isolation, gain clarity, and lead with confidence at the highest level.
Mark is also the host of the podcast Igniting the CEO Within, where he shares real conversations about executive decision-making, resilience, and leadership.
Based in Indianapolis, we explore his journey, leadership philosophy, and the realities of leading at the top.
