Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Jazz Pianist, Producer, Vocalist, Composer and Radio Host Ben Sidran  – He was born in Racine, Wisconsin and still resides in that fine state .. He is on the heels of so much work .. as usual .. including 2016’s Picture Him Happy – which is an apt description for him .. He was turned on at 13 by the music of Horace Silver and Blue Mitchell and never got over it .. He has a huge host of vignettes that make up for a lucky, good and fulfilled existence .. He’s worked as a studio musician for the Rolling Stones, produced albums for Van Morrison, hosted the NPR Jazz Alive series and the
VH1 New Visions Series – He has grand tales of interviewing Miles Davis and so much more ..
