Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview NYC-based Jazz Guitarist, Composer & Arranger Peter Hand .. He opened up about his latest 2019 CD Hand Painted Dream with his Big Band .. The album is the culmination his work with some of the best musicians anywhere .. like Camille Thurman and Houston Person .. This New York City native took classical piano lessons as a child before switching to guitar in his early teens. In the beginning, the sounds of B.B. King and Albert King allured him .. he would go on to become a pre-med student at Binghamton University, NY – but he left that behind for music .. a decision he never regretted. . He’s got great stories .. So, get to know him and dig this interview my friends ..
