Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Jazz Musician, Composer & Arranger Johnny Summers .. He opened up about his latest 2020 CD Baker’s Dozen….This cat has a lot of energy and stage appeal .. with a clever & natural approach to both life and music .. It was at the age of 11 in his bedroom, listening for the first time to Harry Connick Jr.’s ‘Blue Light, Red Light’ album – it was then that the life, connection and humanity in that music, changed something inside of Johnny. And now, he’s creating his own jazz path ..So please get to know her and dig this interview.
