We caught up with him about his new 2021 CD with The Billy Test Trio - Coming Down Roses .. It’s his debut as a bandleader full of original compositions featuring Billy on Piano, Evan Gregor on Bass, and Ian Froman on drums. He grew up in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, later relocating to the New York City area to follow his musical ambitions. During his time on the New York scene, he performed at Carnegie Hall, The Village Vanguard, and so many other hallowed joints .. He’s got great stories .. Enjoy ..
