Brooklyn-based Jazz Saxophonist & Composer Remy Le Boeuf

Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Brooklyn-based Jazz Saxophonist & Composer Remy Le Boeuf .. He talked about his latest 2022 CD – Architecture Of Storms  .. It is his second large-ensemble album. The first one was  Assembly of Shadows and it received two Grammy nominations in 2019. This Grammy-nominated musician grew up in Santa Cruz, California with an identical twin. His music is rooted in the jazz tradition and overlaps into the contemporary classical realm, drawing on various influences from Aaron Copland to Charles Mingus. Enjoy his story ..
