Kansas City-based Jazz Saxophonist, Composer & Educator Pete Fucinaro

Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Kansas City-based Jazz Saxophonist, Composer & Educator Pete Fucinaro .. We caught up with Pete to talk about his new life in Kansas City that began back in June 2020 .. He is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from the University of North Texas .. Over his time in the craft, he has played with the seven-time GRAMMY-nominated One O’clock Lab Band, Melissa Aldana, Maria Schneider, and Gary Smulyan. His KC lore is just beginning and he has a lot to say .. Enjoy his story ..
