She is host of the Opportunity Made podcast and runs The Leon Foundation of Excellence, a program that helps youth heal intergenerational patterns of trauma. She also has experience as a teacher, software engineer, accessibility advocate, and employee resource group leader. As a teenager, she told her dad to leave her life. It wasn't until 13 years later, they reconnected. Over that time, she struggled with my purpose, worth, perfectionism, and workaholism. She went from relationship to relationship, and sought affirmation and significance in her career. That struggle has provided a helping of wisdom, discernment, and insight into life.
