Named “One of the Most Influential Women in Business”, she founded Dekaf Digital a marketing agency where she served as the CEO for 7+ years leading it to 400%+ growth in 2022. Upon exiting Dekaf Digital, Cowdin stepped in as Interim CEO of a National Healthcare Organization where she developed a plan to increase revenue from $3M to $10M+ annually while simultaneously balancing the budget and increasing staff size 2x. In 2024, she returned to her roots as an executive coach. We get into quite a bit. Enjoy.
