He is the Principal for Dardick Inter-personal Communications, LLC. He serves as a thought partner for leaders in the areas of human performance, people strategy, and organizational culture. Tom helps clarify purpose, messaging, and implement systems that align team function. He has been a full-time interpersonal communication and executive coach since 2004. He is also President and Managing Member of Open Chamber Systems, LLC, an R&D company that is focused on furthering the development of the unique ordnance system first invented and developed by his grandfather, David Dardick. He is also a musician and author, playing drums and providing vocals for the classic rock band Second Time Thru. His first novel was a hard science thriller called Sudden Onset, written with his brother and molecular biologist Dr. Chris Dardick and published by Immortal Works. Currently, most of Tom's energy is being directed to his Eye of Power model, a road map that helps people manifest more purpose in their lives. We cover a lot here. Enjoy.
