Alicia and her team serve as outsourced Chief Marketing Officers for growing companies, while also consulting on initiatives designed to improve the culture and mental health of corporate employees, students, and athletes—the three audiences at the center of Stop the Mobbing.
She has become a pioneering voice in a movement focused on addressing workplace mobbing and creating healthier environments built around kindness, respect, communication, connection, and human wellbeing.
Before founding her own firm, Alicia served as a Global Chief Marketing Officer and Employee Engagement Officer for a large Singapore-based company, overseeing culture, communications, and brand initiatives around the world.
Her career began at WLTV-23, Univision's flagship station in Miami. A native of South Carolina, Alicia earned her BS in Marketing and Communications from Clemson University.
In this conversation, we explore her remarkable career journey, the inspiration behind Stop the Mobbing, workplace culture, employee mental health, bullying, leadership, organizational communication, student wellbeing, athletic culture, and why creating healthier environments begins with how we treat one another.
