But in 2020, he took a dramatically different path—buying a struggling cleaning company and putting his leadership philosophy to the ultimate test.

The company grew from $1.6 million to $4 million in revenue in just two years. But Todd didn't accomplish that by simply cutting costs or squeezing more productivity out of his employees. Instead, he focused on something he believes is frequently overlooked in business: treating people with dignity.

Today, Todd is the founder of Silversun Consulting, where he helps home-service business owners identify and eliminate the operational friction, leadership challenges, and burned-out workplace cultures that can keep otherwise successful companies stuck.
