Over his time in the craft, he has played with the seven-time GRAMMY-nominated One O’clock Lab Band, Melissa Aldana, Maria Schneider, and Gary Smulyan. Kansas City-based Saxophonist & Author Adam Larson on the 2022 CD With Love, From Chicago

Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Kansas City-based Saxophonist & Author Adam Larson on the 2022 CD With Love, From Chicago Adam Larson  .. This new album will be the first of a trilogy that will be released on Outside in Music on February 11, 2022 .. He plans to release albums over the next 18 months alongside a new cordless trio joined by two of Chicago’s finest instrumentalists in  bassist Clark Sommers and drummer Dana Hall .. He spoke with Neon Jazz way back in March of 2020 when the world starting making it’s first COVID transformation .. Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Brooklyn-based Jazz Saxophonist & Composer Remy Le Boeuf .. He talked about his latest 2022 CD – Architecture Of Storms  .. It is his second large-ensemble album. The first one was  Assembly of Shadows and it received two Grammy nominations in 2019. This Grammy-nominated musician grew up in Santa Cruz, California with an identical twin. His music is rooted in the jazz tradition and overlaps into the contemporary classical realm, drawing on various influences from Aaron Copland to Charles Mingus. Enjoy his story ..
