Hegrew up in Camden, NJ, a neighboring city to Philadelphia, PA coming from a non-musical family, he took a liking to music at an early age and first began playing the alto and baritone saxophones. After graduating from high school, he go a partial scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music where he changed his focus to tenor saxophone and his narrative took off ..
