Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Jazz Musician & Owner of Parker Jazz Club in Austin, Texas Kris Kimura .. He opened up about Austin’s premier live jazz music venue as they’ve reopened their doors and announced a host of great shows in the coming 2021 months. The club is named after the young son of award-winning jazz vocalist and multi-instrumentalist founder/owner that opened in 2018 and from the jump offered the city a state-of-the-art listening room where legends like the Count Basie Orchestra, Joey DeFrancesco, Kenny Garrett and many more .. He’s passionate about this dream come true and he opens up fully about it .. Enjoy ..
