With her long-standing background in psychology and having suffered from addictions and mental illness herself, Mapology Guides arose from her desire to 'give back', and passion to find different ways to empower individuals to adopt their own approach to mindfulness, wellbeing and personal development. The best way to deal with theses uncertain times is to have self-awareness and resilience. She has both in spade, thanks to a traumatic childhood, a nervous breakdown, 20 years of psychotherapy and lots of healing. From her base in London, we get into it all.
