Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with New York City Jazz Guitarist & Composer Matt Panayides .. We talked about his latest 2021 CD Field Theory, his life in jazz and this COVID world we are surviving .. He grew up in Springfield, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. He played the piano when he was young. but switched to guitar because he was inspired by Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix. Over the years, his distinctive playing has led to performances throughout New York City and all over the world .. Dig his story ..
