New York-based Jazz Guitarist Aleksi Glick

Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with New York-based Jazz Guitarist Aleksi Glick .. He opened up about his debut and very new 2022 CD Guitar & Me .. He goes through various musical styles that have been crucial to the guitar’s evolution like R&B, folk, rock, and bossa nova. He has a song called “A Tune for Vic,” that is a tribute to his recently deceased mentor, the late great Vic Juris .. He has been exposed to virtually all styles of music since birth and his future is emerging .. Dig this story ..
