Amy is on a mission to empower young people, break the stigma, and address period poverty in Ireland. Through her Navigating Periods with Confidence program, she provides free reusable cloth pads to students, ensuring they have the resources they need.
Based in Ireland, Amy’s work is transforming conversations around menstrual health, education, and accessibility.
