She is the author of a children's book series called The Good Eggs and subsequently started a nonprofit called The Good Eggs Foundation to help kids in need. Her books teach kids the importance of virtues, diversity, and service. Sandy is also a high school educator and from a young age she loved reading and writing, along with a heart for service.
