Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Toronto-based Jazz Bassist & Composer Alex Lakusta .. We had a good talk about his life in music so far, the COVID life and his new 2022 CD Transmit Slow by E3 that is a dynamic new addition to the Canadian music scene. The album pushes the traditions of jazz music through the use of modern sounds and electric instruments similar to that of hip-hop, pop, and electronic music. He is originally from Alberta and that future of his looks bright .. Dig his story ..
