He spent most of that time working in Crossfit gyms. After years of management, he bought a Crossfit gym in 2017 and ran it for 6 years before selling it in 2021. When he bought it he had no idea how to run a business, and within the first two years they saw fantastic growth. Then COVID happened. From his base in Canada, we cover quite a bit. Enjoy.
