He is a ninety-one-year-old Korean War Navy veteran who witnessed four atomic bomb detonations. He wrote a book that details a medical malpractice case from its inception to settlement. It details the intentional violation of Medicare mandates, the suffering and death of his wife as a result of this practice, the difficulties of finding an attorney to prosecute the case because of Florida’s Sovereign Immunity Statutes, and his four-year battle against a deep-pocketed defendant. It is a story about David versus Goliath, but in this case, Goliath had bigger stones. Enjoy this story.
