He enables people to move from ‘Fitting In’ to Flying Out’. He grew up in an environment of extreme ‘Fitting In’. Conformity was an integral part of his upbringing. His father was a military officer, both in his work and at home. Still, he was very different from his fellow students at primary school. Arnold has worked 20 years in technology and organizational leadership, then 20 years in psychology and personal leadership. He’s got quite a story. Enjoy.
