For more than a decade, Jen worked across Africa as a wildlife researcher and storyteller, earning a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University along the way. Her infrared photographs of spotted hyenas appeared on the March 2024 cover of National Geographic, a career milestone that represented years of hard work and achievement.
But reaching that incredible professional high point brought an unexpected realization: achievement alone wasn't going to provide the happiness, belonging or peace she had been chasing.
That realization led Jen down an entirely new path.
Today, she helps ambitious high-achievers break free from the achievement trap and create lives that feel meaningful, authentic and truly their own.
