He has been described by NEA Jazz Master David Liebman as “one of the best players and composers around anywhere. The Canadian-born ex-New Yorker has 11 albums to his name as a leader or co-leader - and has performed and/or recorded with many jazz luminaries over the years, from Liebman to Mike Clark, Steve Smith and Bob Berg – We caught up with him about his latest 2019 CD East West Music for Big Bands and his tremendous life in jazz music ..So, get to know her and dig this interview my friends ..
