Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Veteran California-based Jazz Saxophonist Ron Burris .. We caught up with him about his new 2020 CD Mr. Cool .. This Vallejo, CA born saxophonist started playing in the 4th grade and continued playing through high school  .. he fell in love with jazz after hearing Gene Ammons and actually met him .. During his 30’s, he left music and pursued other things. But he is back with the release of this debut self-produced CD, Mr. Cool full of his writing, arranging and production skills So, get to know him and dig this interview my friends ..
