Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Venezuelan-born, Houston-based Jazz Singer Raquel Cepeda  ... She has a new 2019 CD Passion – Latin Jazz that is charting very well and we spoke with her about it .. Her approach is to bring the best styles and rhythms from around the world to the refined language and aesthetics of Jazz. She has been on stage with the legends like Ellis and Delfeayo Marsalis and performs extensively in Houston where she resides, producing important concerts .. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and has performed at spots around the globe .. and there is much, much more to come .. So, get to know her and dig this interview my friends ..
