She has lived in the Czech Republic for all her adult life, but is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. She has a 9-year-old daughter, 2 cats and a foster. Since her divorce in 2017, she has been refining what she wants life to look like. She works with folks struggling with people-pleasing and perfectionistic tendencies to rewire the mental habits keeping them stuck in a loop of stress and worry. Enjoy the interview.
